We live in a holographic Universe where everything reveals itself in patterns.  Our life relationships may exhibit negative patterns. These are usually the biggest stresses in our lives, and the hardest to overcome.  They keep repeating themselves, until they cause too much pain and we feel that we have had more than enough.

These continual stresses impact our health. There are cases of clients who do everything to be healthy yet with their emotional stress in their bodies they barely function.  Then there are clients who may not pay attention to being healthy but they have decided to live a carefree life and enjoy great health.

Kinesiology, as a bio-feedback system can identify your prime negative life patterns and the emotions that run them.  For example, I had a client who came to see me in a lot of pain, suffered from fibromyalgia, and felt devistatingly stressed. Using kinesiology, I found two life lessons of ‘guilt’ and ‘judgment’ and the emotion that fueled her life lessons was “feeling guilty”.  She then explained how her whole life had been run on guilt. She had given one of her children up for adoption, one of her other children she needed to report to the police, and her other child critised her continually.

After awakening her to her negative life patterns of releasing guilt and judgment, some energy alignment, healthy diet and cleansing, she felt reborn. Using her identified affirmations, “I chose to be perfect just the way I am”, and “I choose to be love”, she now feels happy and free from a life of pain and emotional turmoil.

1. Start your day, or take a break during each day to be still for at least 10 minutes.
2. Decide the focus of your day is to feel good and to experience joy.
3. Accept all that comes your way and release judgments.
4. Surrender and let go to resistance. Move with the flow.
5. Drop the guilt and fear in your life. Trust and know that you deserve all that is good.
6. Ask questions, guidance and clarity of your life’s interactions.
7. Pay attention to what you are feeling. What is your mind and body telling you?
8. Nothing is by chance, understand that everything has a meaning.
9. Stay present in your body and get to know yourself.
10. Simplify your life. Create a peaceful day without unnecessary business and you will create a peaceful life.

From the decades of doing my healing work, it is clear to me that the causes of ill-health fall into three categories...

1. Toxicity
2. Structural problems or accidents
3. Stress - which is one of the main driving factors and I will be expanding on that here.

Stress is a very general word and there are many ways we can be stressed. A stressed person may not show many physical symptoms but one of the main areas will be a tight jaw and tight neck. Stress is held in the jaw and can reduce the flow of energy to the rest of the body. There are five main meridians that run from the jaw, stomach, large intestine, gall bladder, bladder, and triple warmer (adrenals). I can feel the imbalance on my clients when I massage along the jaw and neck.

So getting to the point of why do we have stresses in our lives? You are here to grow to achieve your full potential and to know and love yourself first. You are here to recognise the miracle of who you really are. There are patterns in your life of your stresses. Sometimes you are not even aware that you have the same type of patterns with people and causing you to feel a similar emotion about them.

I will give you an example of a client who was very stressed and very unwell physically ...... Judgment and guilt and the emotion was 'guilt'.

Everyone's life lessons are different and they can change if you work to overcome them. You know when they have changed by what you are attracting in your life.
